Who is responsible for your data

What this site collects

• Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. They are used only to answer you.
• Hosting logs: the host (Cloudflare) records technical data such as your IP address and browser type to run and secure the site.

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and hosts its own fonts.

How your message is handled

When you send the form, your message is forwarded by email through Resend (an email delivery service) to my inbox. Nothing is stored in a database on this site. I keep emails only as long as needed to answer you, and at most [12 months].

Cloudflare and Resend are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there. Legal basis: your consent when you send the form, and my legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to max.naj@hotmail.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

Coming soon: the resume assistant

When the AI assistant goes live, questions typed into it will be sent to Anthropic to generate an answer. This section will be updated before that happens.
